Alert: Staff Shortages

Dear Patients,
Due to staff sickness, we are experiencing staff shortages in the lead-up to Christmas, our team may be slower than usual in answering phone calls and responding to messages this week.
Please be assured that we are continuing to work hard behind the scenes to ensure that all requests are processed and cleared before Christmas wherever possible.
We kindly ask that you only contact the practice if your query is absolutely necessary during this time. This will help us prioritise urgent requests and support patients who need us most.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy period, and we wish you a very happy Christmas.
